headspace – headspace is an organisation for young people (under 25) to support their mental health and engagement in the community.
medicare mental health – the australian government’s funded mental health care starting point. a great resource for understanding how medicare works in terms of mental health services, how to access a mental health care plan, and other types of funding available.

triple p parenting courses – provided for free by the australian government (in my opinion, it needs to be combined with emotionally mature parenting resources, like the circle of security which focuses on attachment theory, and other facets of developmental and relationship psychology to be a holistic pro-mental health pro-trueself approach, like Dr Becky kennedy’s book “good inside”)

1800respect – 1800RESPECT is the national domestic, family and sexual violence counselling, information and support service. the 1800RESPECT phone call, text and online chat services are available for free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support people impacted by domestic, family or sexual violence.

yourtoolkit – Yourtoolkit.com provides a free, step-by-step guide on personal safety, support services and money matters for people facing family and domestic violence. extensive resources, a really incredible initiative and an integral site to visit if you are trapped in an abusive relationship. their “preparing to leave” resources and planning suggestions are extensive and consider all members of the family – children and pets.

Safe + Equal – Provides educational materials on healthy relationships.

The Line – their tag line is “What’s ok and what’s not when it comes to sex, dating and relationships.” the line is an educational resources for young people aged 14+ on respectful relationships, consent, masculinity, sex, porn, and more.
